ld: can not find -lmysqlclient

Hello,
I am having sort of a problem with zone server... I get ld: can not find -lmysqlclient when I try to compile... is this normal?

I tried editing my makefile, am trying again.

All set, now to do database, get maps, create a shell script that starts on bootup, then I am all set ;)
