connecting to a server
 

whenever i try to click on any server in the server list it gives me

error 1017:cannot login to the everquest server. you may need to re-run the update patch. repeatedly seeing this message indicates loss of connectivity to the patch update server. This is usually temporary.

now im not gonna update thats obvious, and it was working last week so should i just wait and try it in a few days? or is there something i need to do?

Yes you can read the tons of post speaking about 1017 error !
