world.exe crashing issue

Here my problem is, every time I boot my server up,

You aren't giving us anywhere near enough info to help with this. For starters what version of server are you running and what error do you get. Do the log files show any errors right as it crashes. Are you doing anything in particular when it crashes or does it crash no matter what?
