AI casting?

Just wondering how this is done/programmed and what is used to do so.

hehe was just thinking about something , if you go to cabeast its not rare to see crusaders buffing themselves with yaulp. under a certain spell duration should they not keep those speel for combat casting maybe ( dont know how its doable )
