Still having porblems...
I just recently started playing EQEmu again after a few years off, and I'm glad to see so much has improved. Alas, when I tried to restart everything (I installed the game from the free download from everquest.com, completely updated, as well as updating to all the new expansions including Ro) I can't connect to any servers. It doens't show a message, but just doesn't respond. I've read the other threads with the same complaints, but I see people are playing it now as some servers have upwards of 40 people on them. If there is a step I missed, can someone please inform me of it.
Thanks to everyone who has helped this game out, Rekk |

This could be because the latest EQEMu server does not work with the live patch, because you have installed from the EverQuest CD without patching, or because EQVerCheck's version database has become outdated. |
