My problem with EQGame.exe
 

Hello, im fairly new to EQEmu, but not to emulators in general. Anyways to my problem while trying to setup everything by the wikki it tells me to edit the target for the eqgame.exe to When I try this I get an error saying that theres no file named patchme there, which is correct. What shoyuld I do just add a text file named patchme there or did I miss a file somewhere?

try remove the quotes. thats how mine works.

Hey that worked thanks, I dont get what to do now though, it tells me I should run EverQuest.exe which resets my eqhosts file through the patching. What should I do now?

The clue from wiki works,
If don't work, you make a wrong thing.

With titanium or pre 9/13 version,
Go on your everquest software main directory
Create a shorcut on eqgame.exe (send him to desktop is a right idea)
With right click, edit properties of this shortcut.
and in target, add patchme after eqgame.exe

Thats work.

Im running trilogy right now, it might be patched to live I cant remember, should I reinstall?

Trilogy does NOT work with EQEmu, Titanium does.
