Switching from cavedude's to PEQ errors

I have my server up and running, but after seeing some of my favorite mobs missing from cavedude's database, I decided to take a look at PEQs.

I used the guide Setup Guide For 0.7.0 from the wikka to get my server up and running, and downloaded both peq and eq databases. Everything works great, but if i go in and change my eqemu_config.xml, config.txt, and db.txt files to reflect peq as the database, when I try to load the world.exe I get the following:

Quote:

[07.15. - 14:45:46] [WORLD__LS] Connecting to login server...
[07.15. - 14:45:46] [WORLD__LS] Setting World to MiniLogin Server type
[07.15. - 14:45:46] [WORLD__LS_ERR] **** For minilogin to work, you need to set the <address> element in the <world> section.
I can't find any information on why this would try to load up as a minilogin server just by changing what database I use and no other settings. I am not trying to run this as a minilogin, but rather a real login server. Any help much appreciated.

Fixed, had to resource PEQ db, not sure where the setting to load as a mini-login are, but they where in there somewhere.

Sorry to bump an old topic, but I had this error as well and was pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to fix it. So here's the solution for anyone else that's having issues. Gotta love the wikki site. :D

Under the variables section of your database, check the LoginType entry and make sure it's set to Public if you're using a public login server. If you're using minilogin, it should say Minilogin.

If you update your database with some of the ones released here (which are pretty awesome btw), or ran a miniloging server beforehand, make sure that table is set correctly. Sometimes the changes don't take effect or get overwritten (obviously) if you update it with a different database.
