Eqemu new dawn ?

Hi ,

the new emu is compatible with the fresh install from a titanium cd but , i aint got titanium and i still cant figure out , how to patch to xxx updates before live !
So i have the new dawn version of eq , is there an old emu here that supports new dawn ?

regards

NO, you must buy Titanium to play EQEmu, there is no way to get an older patch.

not asking for a patch !
just asking if there was a previous build of eqemu that worked with my Everquest new dawn install.
perhaps Everquest Platinium ... have them both because everytime i try to boot a server and then try to connect to it it sais i have wrong version , that server is down etc etc

It's not about a patch - you must have a store bought, clean/unpatched by SOE install of Everquest Titainium in order to play on EQEmu.
If you did this, then you have another problem, and your answer will be in a search on these forums or in the Wiki.

Er, if you bought it, it should clearly say "Titanium" somewhere on the packaging. No?

Yup, about 2 inches from the bottom of the CD box, it says

TITANIUM EDITION
Includes Everquest Classic & Ten Expansions

You can't miss it....

John Adams 08-24-2006 06:55 AM

...if you "bought" it. <EG>

Well, if they didn't buy it, then use EQVerCheck to see what you have..

Another question.

How do you do when Titanium is not available in your country... I mean I went to several shops here in Belgium and was unable to find it. The problem with european countries is that EQ is under Ubisoft license and not SOE. Titanium is only available on SOE and not sure it will come to europe one day...

Muuss 08-26-2006 08:56 PM

Buy it on the web !

With the expedition costs is quite expensive... the best way is the donkey....
