IF i make my own server...With EQemu, is it true/false that i can mod my character w/ badass gear just to have some fun fu**ing things up in old school zones?

additionally...i used to play on TZ (tallon zek) in the "glory days" of EQ. was wondering if any EQemu servers support pvp. even if not, im surely gonna play EQemu, but pvp would be absolutely badass
