Editing,Spawning,and Items OHMY!
 

:grin: I think this might be a good place to post my question at as i read the wiki forever and ever.Xpi.. :)

I recently have been invited by a friend to help him with his server, item

editing,making quests,holding GM events, and the such, my situation

is that i'm 15, have school, and am the biggest nerd ever, my problem is that

holding a GM like I do(use the #spawn - - - - - - ,#npcloot add/money..)

is (from what I hear) 10x harder then going into a system of sorts and working

from there. and when a silly willy crashes the zone, and I lose all of my 60

uniqe mobs, well :mad: ..you know lol. I have access to every part of my computer

besides editing files already there (as MYsql seemed to try to do) and when I

asked about it, "its a big bug box and if you even look at it you will die" is the

anwser I got, so maybe trying to install a public data server isn't what I need

to do? I have been and am currently reviewing the wiki for info, but i'm prety

much lost. Can anyone tell me what I need to install/or do, to allow me to

edit items,create items, spawn NPC's, to make this server more uniqe, it's a

"Cavedudes" server <Jest Fast Server>. If anyone could help out a young nerd

you can PM me, or just post here, as I am desperat and hit refresh every

chance I get LOL, thanks guys, I know your there for me! *nerds unite!*

P.S. Jest's server is a Windows server, not sure if I needed to say that but i

did.

there is a on of tools to use, look in third party tools and in posts where people asked for help like this already.
