Won't go full screen and "twitches"
 

I'm on 1024x768 Medium quality. My problem is, when the game launches, it launches in window and for some reason effectively causes the screen to do this (yes, this fast and obnoxiously):

If anyone can help me I'd be more than appreciative.

[edit] When I move the screen around, there's a small image in the middle. It seems like the program is trying to morph the image to be windowed but also the full screen image is still there.

Read the thread wrong so had to edit post... have you checked monitor refresh rates / or have any screen capture programs running? Ive had similar issues before with different programs based upon those issues.
