Dumb Question I am guessin
 

Since backpatching is illegal I am guessing since I am 6.2 I can't play on the 7.0 servers because the only way to update is to get a 7.0 patch which to me isn't backpatching it is forward patching but to others it is bp'ing so anyone have any other Ideas send me a AIM at Lambizzle08 or Xfire at Squad08. because I may not check these forums right away.

See thats what I was thinking, but every time I try to connect it goes black then backs up to login name and password... I'll search the forums and see if there is an answer to that problem then.

This could be due to a slow internet connection, heavy server traffic, or a number of silly reasons. I thought I wasnt doing something wrong the first time I'd tried logging into the Eq servers, but I kept trying (started from the top of the list and went down) and once i got to the standard servers I found i could connect to them. Don't give up just keep trying, and if you're still not able to connect let the forums know what's going on and someone will help you as best as they can. I havent been on this forum long, but everyone seems nice and quite helpful.

I know my internet connection isn't slow I run a 12mb to this computer and to this computer only. But I figured the problem out it works fine now.

can you post what led to the resolution ?
