New Server?

I was just wondering when the server The Dark Alliance (Raid Addicts 4.0) was coming up....

I just logged on and it was under the legendary servers... and it was locked..

was anything said about the server yet?

if not, it could just be for testing new things, not a real server.

but again, what do i know.
