Just wanted to recognize KLS and FNW's ongoing work with the emu. Without them, reaching that near perfect emulator in the future would seem like a lost hope.

Without people like them to take time out of their lives, there would never have been an EQEMU. And to everyone that works on EQEMU and PEQ, and all the indepentently run sites and servers, a big thank you for sticking it out after so many years.

And yes, EQEMU has been my Methadone to help finally get me off the other games. I can log in mess around a bit with my friend, maybe help Angelox with some testing here and there, and log out. And I can run my own private game and mod the rules, summon junk, and create my own Ubers'. Freedom is a kick, and I got to learn MySql too.

I am hoping to learn how to script quests so I can contribute as well (I am in the mess around/learning phase). Personally, I think this project is more of an ongoing hobby than a "play-to-win" game for me.

Seriously, there are so many people to thank, it's like post-Oscars therapy around here. From the devs, to the database and quest people, to the endless supply of help and information from each generation of Emuite.

It's safe to say, thank everyone for just being you.
