Dyeing armor.

Can someone please explain to me how to dye my armor? The dye window says i need reagents, but i dont know where/how to get them. I #search(ed) reagent but all i found was a bag of reagents.

The reagants would be "A Vial of Prismatic Dye".

I remember this from when I played regular. :P
