Item worn effects?
 

ok, probably covered somewhere in the deep bowels of the wiki...but how do you get worn effects to work, and will only certain spells work for worn? i noticed a worn item type...but still confused..am using an item editor that is very buggy so...hehehe any help? sorry if im incredibly stupid! and thanks in advance.
