Catastrophic error

Well i was home for Xmas and was copying eq to my bros comp and something happend. My folder or something just poofed and could get it back. Now im home and trying to reinstall eq but when i load up first disc it sais catastrophic error and i cant repair. I would like a clean reinstall but cant any ideas?

reinstalled and it fixed.
