updated info
 

Hello,
I have been searching and reading these forums for several months trying to gather all the info i can to start a local server, my question is i tried the guide from http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...=ws70845mysql5 and was wondering if this info is still valid because everything i tried i can not get past the mysql stuff. i have very little exp with mysql.

the error i get is after typing load_empty_users.sql "your config file is set wrong"

one other question is there such a thing as a standalone server using diskw or did i missread something? thanks again
