Surnames in PEQ
 

Does anyone here know where the surnames are stored in the PEQ database? And if it possible to add spaces when editing them in the database directly?

I don't nessicarily know where surnames are stored in the DB but I do know that if you have gm status (#gm on) you can use /lastname and you will be able to have multiple words.

Just make sure that you put quotes around the name so:

/lasname "God of Norrath"

not:

/lastname God of Norrath

Agreed ... I would love to see titles working, along with the atlas ...

I finally found it... surnames are stored in the profile feild of the character_ table

but it is binary/hexidecimal and im working (with limited knowledge) on how to extract/edit the information.

Though I already provided you w/ a solution im going to try... and do some work with titles, thats something I never had and live and I really want it in my emulator ;-) I'll keep everyone posted... I'll probably create a thread if...no when I figure it out.

The only way to get a title infront of your name (i.e. Lord, Master, etc.) is to have GM status and do the following:

/name Lord_Txevu

That should disconnect you and when you're on the character select screen, you'll see "Lord_Txevu" as your character, then when you log in, you can do /lastname to get the desired last name.
