Buffer underrun error

I have been getting this error on my character on krushers and thats the only one, i even have another monk, he logs in just fine i wonder what is wrong with my other char raflone, hes the only one that gets buffer underrun error, then crashes

We had a problem with that because there was a messed up npc in the zone. Check and see if you've tweaked anything in that zone recently.
