EQ Crashes-screenshot included
 

Can someone help me? I'm trying to launch eq to play and first i get a warning saying upgrade your drivers for your video card (which i did, yet it still says I haven't) then I see this:

Are you using a store-bought Everquest Titanium?

i had this very same problem and i did some vista updates not sure if you are useing vista but i did all my vista nvidia drivers and new updates and it started working again. hope this works for you

I was talking to a fellow that was having problems like this. Make sure you're in 16 or 24 bit color and that your screen resolution is in 4:3 (i.e. 1024x768) If you have an absurdly high resolution try dropping it down.

I think his issue was using a widescreen resolution meant for his widescreen monitor and that was causing issues for whatever reason.

Edit: that is assuming you're using titanium of course!
