Passwors not working
 

Multiple users reporting password not working, resetting does not fix it

same problem occuring
 

i am having the same problem..
reset passwords, login still claiming that it's an incorrect password.
unable to login =[

pretty sure no ones log in is working atm

Yeah, my password don't work either.

Hey guys, I had the same problem, I just went to the User CP and changed my login server password and now it works just fine, I don't know if it was coincidence but mine works now.

All three of my accounts logging in fine. Hrm.

So the account passwords must be manageable, is that right?

if you are able to work on the password issue, the location of these passwords is known, correct? reason I ask is I'd like to get one reset and sent to my default email..

People really need to learn to read.


login Server user names and passwords are kept in am encrypted mysql DB, only 1 person know the encryption and we have no way to reset passwords or retrieve lost passwords.

You are SOL create a new one.

yeah chewy that's me, though I feel it was ages ago and I am a bit different now =p
