Server Bugs I need help with?

I used the PEQ server Pack. everything on server runs great exept, Boats Don't work. Npc's Won't talk or give quests,merchants still buy/sell tho. Anyone Know whats Wrong?

Maybe you need to copy your PEQ quests into your eqemu/quests folder. Also, I don't think boats have ever worked in the emu.
