Damn short cut wont work : (
 

...Hi boys n garls...


You know that shortcut where you are supposed to change following : C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest\EverQuest.exe to C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest\eqgame.exe ..well that does not seem to work at all for me :( ....When i click on the ICON the program window appears ..then nothing...is there something wrong with my windows or have just done this all wrong...everything else is O.K ....Uhm ..portsettings etc ! But this damn shortcut...help me out plz someone ?

On your desktop, the shortcut to eqgame.exe should be (right click on the .bat file, properties)

target = C:\Everquest\starteq.bat
start in =C:\Everquest

in C:\Everquest, a bat file called starteq.bat that has
eqgame.exe patchme

must be made.

Either use cavedudes installer to make it for you, or try what I have suggested
