Being force zoned to Arena when making a new character
 

Okay I am having a weird problem that I can't seem to weed out.

It seems whenever i create a character on my server and then try to zone into the tutorial zone it force zones me into the arena. I have tried changing the tutorial zone and moving the location of the safe spot around, but nothing seems to fix this problem. If anyone has any insight into why this is happening, please let me know.
