Having trouble running my server
 

I followed the guide on how to set up a server and I was able to log in to the server and it looked like it was all working 100%. The only problem is that nobody else can log into it. It says the population number next to the server so I know it isn't locked. Someone mentioned to me that it might be because Comcast is my ISP. Does anyone know if it is possible to host a server on here if Comcast is your ISP?
