Inlog screen eror
 

Again an error, I fill in my username (the right one) and click on 'log in' but it gives an eror and it says 'MAke sure username and pasword are correct'. And then an explenation about the SOE account management, I redid ervry step, but the problem stays. Help?

To be specific it says my username and password are not valid. But that is the same as wrong.

It is still not working, I tried everything in the guides that you had in the links, it keeps reporting quote: 'Error-the username and/or password where not valid. Please chack them and try again.'

You aren't trying to use your forum account info are you? You need to go to your user-cp and add a Login Server account there and set a password from there.

It's solved, it had to do with the password.


To the people that also have this problem, make sure you'r pasword of you'r login account only contains letters.

My password has numbers and letters...

Numbers and letters are fine. The password just can't be too short or too long. I don't know what the limitations are exactly, but 6 characters total seems to work fine. Using 6 characters is one of the suggestions in the FAQ links I posted above :P
