screen just goes black!
 

My friend is running a laptop made by Fujistu that she bought in 2007, EQ runs great except for when she trys to load certain zones she gets a "driver igfx has stopped working but has recovered" error and her entire screen goes black. Happens every time she loads PoK. Any advice?

What OS is running on the laptop? I'm assuming Vista?
