I have,

- Patchme at the end of the target for my shortcut

Make sure there's no '-' before patchme
ie "c:\program files\sony\everquest\eqgame.exe" patchme

maybe delete and re-create the shortcut.

I did look in my event viewer thing,
It said Ntdll.dll was causeing it,

Faulting application eqgame.exe, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x3fe78c06, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp 0x4791a7a6, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00065a20, process id 0xe94, application start time 0x01c9bacca2d3eb61.

not sure if that will help any

Are you running vista/win7?

Yeormom 04-11-2009 04:39 PM

I've tested fresh installs as working in both Vista and 7 without tweaking anything at all. The only thing to remember is that a fresh installation does not include DirectX 9 so I've always installed a recent rollout of it prior to installing EverQuest.
