Howdy

i am sort of new here but i have spend a few hours searching and reading and re-searching my apparent login issue with no results. I have changed the shortcut and eqhost files correctly, i can log in to the shadowhaven server, and was in classiceq/wislereqemu for a couple weeks. I got the hang of switching around to the different servers pretty well. I recently registered over at project =eq as well and tried the eqemulator.net:5998 change to eqhost and i get in, but get a un/pw error. I was reading the FAQ and noticed two things.

1) a password over 6 characters can return this error. Is this correct? (in either case it seems I am able access that part of my CP, so I will comply)

2) When I go to CP and select Login Server link (which should give me info about the status of my account, and, allegedly, even allow me to egister an account if I havent done so already. I get this page:

I also get this page when attempting to edit MY profile, MY options...just about every link in my CP returns this. I think this may be more related to why I cannot log in.

Any knowledge, suggestions?

I tried moving my post to the support forum and now i get this "do not have permission" error when i tried to start a new thread there. So, any help here would be appreciated...

Make sure that you have completed your registration by clicking the link in the email you should have received from these forums after registering. Your account shows as "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation", and your access will be limited until you complete that. I see you registered with a Gmail account, so you should have definitely received that email after registering.

Try it again once you complete registration.

Fixed, move delete or whatever...had activation resent as old email wouldn't work, said something about being an invalid web address or some such.
