Video problem

My brother cant see any PC or NPC if its a certain distance away but the target ring still shows up....any fixes?

EQ Button > Options > Display Tab > Advanced Options > Actor Clip Plane

Try adjusting the Actor Clip Plane further out and see if that helps.
