This might be interesting, as these are *officials* regen rates, to add to EMU, if they werent added correctly....

I checked client_process.cpp and it had some, but wasn't as accurate as that table.

And updated copy can be had here:

client_process.cpp

Hopefully, one of the maintainers will incorporate this into the mainstream release.
