GlobalLoad Chests #Race 378
After tinkering around for a few minutes - I decided to add chest spawns / drops to various zones on Icelance... Here is what you will need to do.
In the client folder Everquest>Resources... Look for the file GlobalLoad.txt In It add the line: 3,0,TFFF,cst.eqg,Loading Chests Save and close, on your next client boot up you should be able to see all the models associated with the #race 378 Enjoy :) BTW Leave the Gender at 2 or it will not load the model without doing #race on it everytime Material will change the graphic of the chest... i will post a list of graphics soon |

Yes I have those loaded up and special mob's drop those chests on my server.
Just FYI but the new models also sometimes have helm textures that need to be set the same as the texture # for them to look right IE dragons, puma, giants and a few other mobs. Those chest, if I remember right also have helmtextures as well. Try setting the helmtexture the same as the texture and see what you get..... |
Yeah, they do have helm textures, and they should match, but you can mismatch them for slightly more variety. The helm textures are mostly just extra handles and such that give the chest more detail.
