Question about making Spells
 

If i wanted to make a completely custom spell, can you insert them into the spells_us and titanium people still be able to see them or do you have to overwrite an old spell?

You can make new spell IDs after the end of the Titanium spell list (goes up to about 8400ish), and as long as the spell file and the server database both match for the spell on all clients using them it should work just fine. Though, Titanium client is limited to a max spell ID of 9999. Any higher than that and the client will not recognize them at all.

oh Ok so anything over 8400 and under 10k will work? Thats awesome!
