Problem entering world from Character Select

Hi have followed the guide to setting up a new server to the letter, but after character select I cannot enter the world, it says zone not available at this time.

What do I need to do to get the zones to allow me to enter them.

New to this server making lark and totally lost now.

Using PEQ.db latest version.

Under the main folder is a logs folder. There should be some log files in there that pertain to zone.exe. If you need to clear out all the log files, start your server then attempt to get in. After the error go look at the logs and see if anything makes sense to you. Any questions then post the log or partial log. You should be able to find the error in one of the log files.
