For unknown reason, THF can't connect to the LS anymore. Actually, it can't resolve eqemulator dns name, or even ping eqemulator anymore.

We changed nothing on THF side. I also checked and verified that everything else works just perfectly on our end. (name resolution, ping, ISP line, everything). However I have no issue to connect to the LS from another host, so I'm guessing the problem is related to THF and Eqemu only?

Can you please help us to resolve this issue? Thanks a lot in advance.

after further investigation, seems like a routing error happens at the amsterdam routing exchange point

so guess nothing we can do on either side.

Well, since you can use these forums all hope isn't lost :) Perhaps you can try to use a proxy to bypass the troublesome router.
