Quests wont work

None of my Quest will work even ones that came with peq_quests any advice is welcome and please help me i just sat here for 3 hrs search and cant find anything ty

[Quest] WARNING: error compiling quest file quests/freportw/player.pl: Perl runt
ime error: Undefined subroutine &main::eval_file called. not sure what this measn the player.pl isnt there so please help

Check that all quest files are in your quests folder as quests\zone and not quests\peq_quests\zone.

C:\EqEmu\quests\airplane

then its the .pl files

anybody have any idea's please could really use them i cant figure this out
