opening my EQ window and it automatically closes

So i just reinstalled the Titanium on my computer and now when i go to run EQ the window acts like its gunna load screen comes up likes its comin to the service agreement and then EQ closes any ideas

Try reading the FAQ in my sig. Particularly the part about screen/desktop/eq resolutions.
