Click on shortcut blinks black and then nothing
 

Hey all,

I read the faq for this problem and it says that i need to change the resolution on either eq or my desktop. I did this for my desktop but it didn't help. How do I change the resolution of eq? Also, does anyone have a more in depth solution than the sentence given in the FAQ?
