SoD with Windows and EQEmuLoginServer.exe
 

Hopefully someone can point out something simple I'm missing here.

I've compiled a version of EQEmuLoginServer.exe along with moving over a copy of login.ini. I'm trying to get the SoD client working with my Windows server.

Once I boot the server the first few lines check out fine until it gets to a line in the console that says something like "MySQL query failed...."

I wonder if I have the subsystem = line set wrong. Currently it's just the default MySQL; is that correct? What exactly is the subsystem?

Also, in the options block of the .ini file the local network default is: 192.168.1 but my server is DMZ'd...I'm wondering if that makes a difference and what this line should look like?

Anyone have any thoughts or ideas on this?

I'm running SoD and the EQEmuLoginServer on my win XP box and it's working fine. You should just post your config as that local network default is not even a proper IP address. It could be just a copy and paste thing but you should post it so we know.
