well i downloaded sod from steam. copied the file from the commons folder in steam and placed it on the desktop. made a copy of the eqgame and added patchme, changed the eqhost txt to meet the adderess here. i started my shortcut and the eq starts and i get a black screen and for a sec i see the warnning message with the agree and dissagree and the screen goes back to the desktop. not sure what to check. all other expansions start find.

everything is working now. please delete my post. Thanks
