6/23 - spawn_condition_values table
 

I've added the new "spawn_condition_values" table to the database and populated it with the information from the "spawn_conditions" table.

Was this the correct thing to do? The changelog says that the current spawn conditions are wiped after this update and I want to make sure that I set the new table up correctly.
