I changed my zone point to teleport the person back inside the same zone
 

But they are teleported to a grey area outside the zone bounds. I have the target points set to the correct locs.

Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix?

My guess is you're using the value determined by /loc, which returns in the form of y x z. Using #loc will return the correct location for the server in x y z format.
