Is it possible to play without internet connect?

		Hi all,
I am able to create a Public login server easily when I am at home on my network.
What I would like to do, though, is make it so I can play EQ on my laptop when I do not have internet access.

Here's what I have tried so far:
I have changed all my IP addresses to 127.0.0.1 in the eqhost, system32/drivers/etc/host, and the eqemu_config.xml

I launch my server and the 3 cmd screens come up and it looks to me like the world is loading up.
I launch EQ and get all the way to the server select screen. There is my server listed as UP!!! Click Play EQ, the computer thinks about it for a moment, and then throws back a Error 1017 - Cannot login to the EQ server.

Looking through all my log files from when I fired up the server, there is only 1 error log listed. eqemu_error_world_4388:
Could not load EQTime file eqtime.cfg

Here are my configurations:

eqemu_config.xml

So, can you play EQ on a laptop without an internet connection, and if so, where am I going wrong?
Thank you for all your assistance.
