Build 1612 - Max # of Bots?

I've started testing out the Bots a bit, and I can't seem to spawn more than two. Am I doing something wrong? I can create more, but evertime I try to spawn a 3rd, the 2nd just keeps respawning.

I think i found my problem... I kept using summon instead of spawn... DUH... :?
