I logged on last night for the first time, however it says i cant talk in ooc, tells or anything...what am I missing? :)

most likely the server you playing on activated low level restriction on /ooc and /tell chat.

you need to level up, to like 5, before this restriction is lifted

Server locks out newbs until level 4 or something so trolls can't repeatedly make characters and harrass/annoy OOC....
