Zone.exe has stopped working

I'm getting this error all of the sudden when I'm in any zone and fighting a npc. I saw there was an update to I sourced in all the .sql files and i'm still getting the crash error. Any ideas on what could cause this and how to fix it? thanks

Also I would imagine a log would need to be posted, but I'm not sure which log I would need to post. Looks like a few of them related to the zones. But I can run around do do anything w/in any zone, just when I start to melee a npc I get the error.

not sure if this helps or not

Anyone able to help me out here? Is there something different I need to post that gives better detail of what happened. If so can you point me in the direction of what I need. Thanks

Attach a debugger to it before you start a fight and you'll see exactly where it is crashing.

Still having issues with this. The last few days I thought it was fixed. Because nothing happened. Now I just logged in and went to attack an npc and the same thing happened. I'm still new at trying to figure this stuff out, any suggestions on what files I need to post for help?

When I clicked the option to debug when I get the Zone.exe has stopped working error this is the message I get from visual studion
Unhandled exception at 0x0063de8e in Zone.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x09ea5950.
