Not paid by South Ro Vendor

Hi,
Today around 3:30 pm EST my chanter, Dreaming, gave vendor a GLS & received a Concordance of Research which I sold back to her. When I gave her my other GLS she gave another Concordance but when I sold it back I didn't receive the amount for it (9 pp 4 g 7 sil 7 copper). Soon after that I saw a broadcast message to contact someone thru the forum to be reimbursed for anything lost. I hope this is the correct way to let you know. I have lost pp at vendors with my other char but didn't report it figuring it was not possible to recoup.
