10061 on Win XP with SMC Router

I am getting the 10061 error on the World.exe with an SMC Router. I also noticed it display the messages "Failed to connect to database" "Error PopulateZonesLists query".

I am trying to run a home server for others to connect to. If anyone can help me out with this, I would truly appreciate it.

I've done Ultima Online servers before, and I kinda figured an EverQuest one would be more difficult, but wow... hehe. Anywho, if anyone can help, I'd be very thankfull.

I'm going to go out on a limb.. but it might not be able to connect to the database.. like, you don't have teh daemon running.. or the wrong info in db.ini..

daemon = linux speek for server application

AKA is mysql running, is the information in db.ini correct, did you propperly source db.sql into mysql (and the DB Addon)
