Speeding up and slowing down....
 

Does anyone have the problem with combat on the emulator speeding up and slowing back down, not like a lag break just combat generally going faster like being hasted. Computer is not slowing down at all and handles the emu well. Anyone got any ideas?

I've had this happen to me before i just thought I was going crazy really but I've noticed a difference in attack delay like being more hasted... and its not lag or anything
